Is there a known issue either connecting, syncing or receiving notifications firm versa to oppo r17pro
And if so what is being done to fix it

I'd like to let you know that the Oppo R17 PRO was recently added to our list of compatible devices, therefore, you should not experience difficulties with the syncing process or with notifications. That said, for syncing, I suggest you to check: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? for more information about how the syncing process works and move forward to: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to try some troubleshooting steps.
Regarding the notifications, can you please let me know if you're not receiving call and text notifications or just one of them? When was the first time you experienced this situation? Please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? for more information about how this feature works on Fitbit devices and to check if there's a missing requirement that is preventing your device to receive notifications.

Hi there, was there any update to this?
My Fitbit Ionic works fine with the Oppo R17 Pro, however after about 1 day, ill get a "Fitbit Sync Service - Last Synced " and then a date.
