So....1 hour spent so far and still not synced....I have Moto E 2nd Generation with 4G LTE.....Anyone got any tips o. How to sync with this phone????

I'm having difficulty setting up my wifes Fitbit. The only thing I can get on the screen is the www.fitbit.com/setup. HELP.
