I've had the Inspire since May, installed the app and all was well until November.
Since then, in order to sync, the only success I've had is by uninstall ing the app, reinstalling, restarting the Inspire and pretending to the app that it's new. This results in a partial sync (there are chunks of several days when I apparently haven't slept and others when I haven't moved at all ll!!)
E mail support results in automated replies which don't answer my questions
Is there anyone, anywhere, to whom I can speak to resolve this, please?!
I'm losing interest in the Fitbit, which is a pity, as it was initially very helpful in improving my habits!!
Thank you (for reading my rant 😂)

Hi @MJS186, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, your patience troubleshooting this situation is appreciated as well. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Are you using the Huawei P20 Pro or Lite?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. I also recommend you to check: How do I use the Fitbit app on my Huawei P20 Lite phone?
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you very much for responding.
I have followed the links, and the first one, there is no such option as
Fitbit>Battery.
My phone is P20, not pro and not lite.
The app and the Fitbit synced perfectly from when I purchased it in May to
the end of November (both 2019) so I am concerned that something has gone
wrong.
It is infuriating to a non-technically minded and very busy person to have
to follow link after link after link searching for a solution to no avail.
My Fitbit is, at present, nigh on useless as I can't compare any of the
data, particularly the sleep information which is what I am mainly
interested in.
Please help me to find a solution?
Thank you
M

I also have a Huawei P20 and have to unpair and uninstall the Fitbit app 3+ times a week because notifications stop. This has been happening since I received my Fitbit Inspire 2 years ago. I too bought it for the sleep monitoring but haven't been able to use it as no data has ever been recorded. I don't know if it's down to Huawei or Fitbit but it drives me bonkers! I've done all the troubleshooting (turn Bluetooth off and on again, restart my phone etc, etc) but only unpairing and uninstalling/reinstalling the app works but only for a couple of days. If you got a response from Fitbit with a solution, I'd love to hear what it was. Like you, I'm frustrated with wasting time repeatedly messing around with the bloody thing!
