I've had my Charge2 since 2018, it worked great then. Then things changed.
With every update it seems to get worse. The major problem is syncing.
Charge2 version 22.58.00, Android app version 3.27.
I need to pull down to sync 3, 4, or more times before it does finally sync.
I've done all the usual "fixes". Restart FB, restart phone (Galaxy S7),
reinstalled app, I left the hammer in the toolbox. Still not working right.
As for the App, I can see Fitbit updating it, but why do they constantly change things?
I have no idea where to find the All-Day Sync or the Always Connected option in the
Fitbit app. I believe what's happened is, when they update and change things in the firmware, they are running out of available memory. So a compromise is necessary.
So some code is changed for more space and causes problems with functionality.
I would like to know. Is there any possibility of going back to the original firmware
and app. I don't need bells and whistles and badges and whatever. I just want it to work like when I bought it.

Did you see the thread above with sync tips?
As for all day sync and always connected, sorry but Fitbit has removed the option to disable these options. The user is stuck having these turned on
