Syncing difficulties with Charge 2

My Charge 2 won't sync since yesterday afternoon.  It is weird because it seemed to have sync the steps as it is still "looking for device".  But if I get out of the app the steps are 0 again and then I have would have to try to sync it again.  Nothing else will show.  I've tried this on both my Samsung Galaxy tablet and my  HTC cell phone. This was working on Saturday and did have some trouble on Sunday afternoon but did sync.  I've checked that the Bluetooth is on and they seem to be connected.  I saw that there is an issue for IOS/iPhone users but haven't seen anything for fitbit having issues with Android 😞

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
