Hi,
Hoping someone can help. Got Charge 3 yesterday & cannot get any text, email, calendar, WhatsApp or Messenger notifications. The options aren't there in notifications. Bluetooth on, do not disturb/airplane off. Is my A50 not compatible? I'd really like it to be!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Please note that we are always testing several mobile devices that are available in the market to make sure that they properly work with our products and services. My best advice at this moment will be to keep your Fitbit app and Android version up to date. You can also check our compatibility list for any update about the Samsung Galaxy A50.
