I purchased 2 charge 3 fitbit, one for my wife and the other for myself. One works fine, the other is not syncing or pairing. I have spent 5 hours rebooting, re installing the charge 3, I have left one of the charge 3 fitbits 30 km's away.... Still doesn't sync!
Is the fitbit faulty. Can't see Bluetooth being the issue!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this inconvenience? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi. My wife and I have both have a Fitbit Charge 3....mine works hers doesn't. Still ongoing issues with my Wife's Fitbit Charge 3 not syncing or firmware not updating. I am frustrated as I have exhausted all steps to try and resolve this.
We both have separate accounts too.
The fitbit I am using is CMIT ID 2018DJ3954 OR R-CRM-XRA-FB410
Any advice would be great as the fitbit will not pair and sync it to a Samsung A50 phone.

I appreciate all the details that were share in your post, totally understand your frustration with this matter. To move forward with this and to clarify some of the details that were shared in your post, can you please let me know if you and your wife are using a Samsung Galaxy A50 or only her? Are you using a different phones or the devices are both setup in the same one? Keep in mind that the Samsung A50 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.
