Hi @Mohdkh. Welcome on board!

Thanks for sharing that the notifications aren't working, as well for the message received on the Fitbit app. Our team has received feedback from some members who are also getting that message and they're working to identify a resolution to all our affected members as quickly as possible. Once we have more details about this matter, we'll share it in the Community Forums.

Feel free to let me know if you have another question.

For me a restart of the phone has fixed sync issues, notification issues and connected GPS.

But we shouldn't have to do this procedure every day.

Even then it doesn't always establish the notifications.

Currently, I don't have notifications having tried the routines 3 times today.

I seldom have to do this once a month and it usually is only after a phone or Fitbit app update.

If you tried it 3 times.. We need to look someplace else on the phone.

If it was me, I would log out, I find when I log back in.. The app requests renewal of permissions.

Or I will disable and re-enable notifications through the Fitbit app.

Also I have tested going into the phone settings, app, Fitbit and revoked permissions to anything dealing with notifications.

I'm also not sure of which phone model we are asking about or if it is on the Fitbit tested list.

Thanks @Rich_Laue for your reply

My phone is on the tested list (Huawei P30) and every other day the notifications will go missing.

There is something not quite right with the app if it is so vulnerable to maintaining a connection.

Yesterday I tried to set my Versa up as a new device. The problem was that the app kept reporting that my Wi-Fi was not supported! (this is my home Wi-Fi that this app has been running on and all the other devices in my house)

And this morning my notifications are working and I have no idea why.

There are a number of threads on these forum pages with responses from Mods saying that their Engineers are aware of an issue with notifications.

I hope that this random problem gets a firm fix

You don't need to setup WiFi when setting up the tracker. It only needs to be setup once.

BTW is your home WiFi 802
