The app is not syncing again. This is incredibly frustrating and I'm about to buy a new device with a different company. Don't tell me to uninstall, restart phone, restart the device and all of that. I've done it all and the app has not synced since last night. This makes the whole thing useless. Please fix your issues once and for all.

I have an HTC and it is Android 8.0. The app worked fine until your issues started a few weeks ago. It got better for about a week and not back to sync issues.
And yes, stupid auto robot response, I have tried all the suggestions in your help article. You need to fix your app.

@IndyThinker77 sometimes it doesn't hurt to read the articles in case you missed something. I'm sorry you're having problems. It's not my app, but it has been updated in the past week.

If the problem started with a Fitbit app update or phone update. Sometimes it is helpful to remove and install a fresh copy of the fitbit app.
I'm sure these have already been tried, so let me waste your time.
Swiped the Fitbit app out of memory?
Stopped the app through the phone settings?
Clear the Fitbit app cache
Shutdown the phone?
Shutdown the tracker, if it can be shutdown.
Logged out of the Fitbit app?
Cleared the Fitbit data?

@JuanJoFitbit thank you for following up. The app did finally sync, but continues to have periodic issues. I have the Inspire HR and it is less than a year old.

If so, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the syncing issue gets fixed.
