I have an Inspire HR and use it regularly to track and update. Today I got back in from a run and it shows in red Device not found! I have Android software and never had this issue before. Can someone help please. My wife has a £12 knock off watch that is far more reliable than a fitbit

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to sync your Inspire HR? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times then?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
