I haven't been able to sync my Ionic and phone since January 15 (6 days). I have a Motorola Z2 Play. I have tried everything on the 'list of things to try' on the help section. Nothing works. My Ionic died and resulted in an incorrect time, very annoying. I eventually got it to sync, first try, on my Ellipsis tablet so the time is finally correct, however, I am not the type to use it regularly or keep it charged. Why will nothing work on my phone?!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Motorola Z2 Play that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Keep in mind that your mobile device isn't listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.
