Upon reading how I am to make a warranty claim from Australia, I attempt to send proof of purchase and the problem via the Fitbit email and the"submit" button does nothing. This is poor customer service and trying to reach this business through the smoke and mirrors is not acceptable.
Update: Finally after trying multiple emails - success!
