My Versa lite won't sync. Saying No device found. I have got a Samsung S10 and the Always Sync feature has disappeared? I have done all the usual, uninstalled, reinstalled, unpaired. The Samsung software is up to date. It is still working off my Samsung tablet. I have had my Versa since February with no problems until the last update. 1st the clock faces not working, that was sorted then this!

Hi @Janey1970 the first point that pops out is that you stay still working with the tablet.
If this tablet is nearby, it needs to be turned off or at least its bluetooth be off. We need to make sure your Versa is no longer connected to the tablet.
Now we can start troubleshooting the phone, if we need to.

Hi @Janey1970, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. In addition to the helpful information that was shared by @Rich_Laue, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app on Android phones. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
