I've just gone from a charge 3 to a versa on Sunday. Since then it's not picked up sleep, or hours moving, any exercise plus I did over 20k steps yesterday and even though it collated that last night, this morning it states 8k. Not happy at all. The syncing isn't great either and that's why I changed from a charge 3. Help!

To better assist you, can you please let me know if your Versa isn't tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? If you haven't already done so, please try the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? to restart your device.
In regards the syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
