Syncing difficulties with Versa and Samsung S8

I have tried everything posted on this subject, but cannot get ny Versa to sync any longer with my Galaxy S8. I have re-added the Versa, but cannot get it to pair now . It keeps asking me to make sure the Versa is I  the charging cradle and turn on. I cannot move past this point. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.

If you have not yet looked, try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and see if the Versa is still linked to the phone. If it is, unlink it and try again.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. Following the suggestion that was shared by @wtksk8r, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your Versa again. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
