Syncing difficulties

I am absolutely ready to smash this Fitbit to pieces.   Syncing is not working right and since they worked on it, it is worse.  I am so angry

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but please do not smash your Fitbit. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experiencing such difficulties?

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I am ready to smash this Fitbit.   Sync does not work.  I have had it.  I turn the phone off and on. I turn the Fitbit off and on.  I do everything and it might work for a while .  This is BS and I have had it

This is the most worthless pieces of junk I have seen--'this Fitbit!  It had been a terrible day trying to get the sync correct.  I have done everything suggested many many times today and it hasn't worked right all day.  Garbage .  I am frustrated.   I have goals every day and since it doesn't calculate correctly totally ruined   Angry angry
