Syncing difficulties

Watch not syncing, not picking up wifi, time is now off!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your response. I am very happy to say that it’s not my phone, it is completely updated with the current versions required to date (Samsung Galaxy S10 + Edge) to have the watch work perfectly. That was the very first step taken in trouble shooting this problem. After exhausting myself I called Fitbit Support and what a shock! The watch had to be replaced! So I can not complain over a happy ending.

Mine too hasn't synced since yesterday morning same thing happened last year when they did an update. 😬

I've tried all the steps doesn't help
