In Automatic syncing mode what will be the time interval between each sycing takes place...?

The fitbit help files are a little vague on this:

 

"If your tracker is paired to the Fitbit app on a mobile device, it syncs every time you open the app. It can also sync periodically throughout the day if you have All-Day sync turned on. If your tracker is paired to a computer, it syncs automatically every 15 to 30 minutes assuming the tracker and computer are in proximity."

I find that the automatic sync on a computer is a little more random than it suggests and do not have a feel for how often it syncs with all-day sync.
