Welcome to the Fitbit Community @GFeeney, hope you're doing great! If the time of day on your tracker is wrong, make sure your time zone setting is correct and that your tracker has synced since the time zone was modified. Your tracker should automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time (DST), but if it hasn't done so, also double check that the time zone is correct and sync the tracker. To verify and adjust time zone settings do the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and tap Account.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Find an option to modify your time zone.
  4. Sync your tracker.

Hope that helps!
