Since doing the latest upgrade I have not been able to sync, reset the App and device / tracker as prescribed but battling again to get the two devices to sync again. Not too sure what the issue but surely there is a glitch that is possibly overseen time and again when there is an upgrade available.

Hi @Dallyn, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your tracker is not syncing after the app update. I'm still wondering if the issue is happening at the moment to sync two trackers or is in general at the time to sync your information?
Regardless of this, I recommend to review the version of the app, since there is a new version recently released, for more details review this post.
Also try to reset the app it self. This is recommendable after an app update so the new changes are recognized correctly by the phone. Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
In addition, try the steps of this post as a matter of review, since you have tried some steps on you own already: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Hope this helps. Stay tuned if you need more help.

Still not resolved, reset the App and tracker. Tried setting up the device again as well however still not connecting.
Every time there is an upgrade I battle for days to get the two to connect and sync, by resetting and reinstalling and wasting my time and data doing so ... keep trying again, then it finds the tracker then says try again. The phone and tracker are right next to each other and both fully charged so there should be now excuse, now the last time it did manage to sync was on 10 days ago.
Trying again and again and changing settings and trying again ... VERY frustrating.

I'm having same issue with newest update. Charge 2 not synced to android phone since Mon night. Logged out, forced stop etc and wasted lots of time trying to sort and still not syncing. Haven't uninstalled yet. Will try tonight but v frustrated with the inconvenience.

Same problem here with for the two last updates, so I've been unable to sync my data for over a month... very very frustating... I've tried reseting everything, following all indications, and nothing works.

I'm having the same issue. Ionic won't sync and constantly says "tracker not found." I haven't been able to do the firmware update because it won't find my Ionic.
