It took me a while to figure out but after the reset all my issues of syncing went away. Go to setting on the watch and scroll until you see factory reset. After that I syced again from fresh, got a big long update to the watch and everything works perfectly now.

unfortunately i still have the same problem. it takes a couple days now to disappear from phone. unsyncs? i think its a bluetooth issue i never had with charge 3 or maybe the actual versa lite devise has a problem. i am using a samsung smart watch and a samsung phone. the charge 3 never unpaired when i had the smart watch. i like things on both watches, systems ,and i like the versa lite way better then charge 3. but if i have to i will go back to it. for now ill just keep re installing the versa when it goes away. i don't loose data and it doesn't take long. darn i thought i fixed it.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing syncing difficulties, thanks for all the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Samsung mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Keep in mind that using multiple devices can cause Bluetooth interference, therefore, the syncing process can be compromised.

i have a samsung s20. bought october last year. i bought the versa lite on ebay a month ago., came in box but in chinese. after reset and sync all looked okay. but devise disappeared after a couple hours. i looked for help and did the factory reset. the watch stayed on phone almost a full day. when it unsyncs the watch face changed time to 2 hrs forward. after a few tries, set up device 3 or 4 times a day,i went back to my old charge 3. i have not had any issues with it and the other devises, samsung smart watch at all. i think i got a bad or foreign versa, or it just doesn't sync to my specific phone. i will gift it to a friend and hope it works for them .or i could send it to fitbit to see if its broken in some way?
