My Inspire HR won't stay sync with my Huawei P30 Pro. It's very frustrating. Is there anything that can be done? My watch is not that old. I don't want to go out and purchase a new one. Is there a Fitbit that will work better

Best AnswerYes, I have uninstalled, tried the blue tooth. Unpaired. Its so frustrating. I use all the features on my watch that is what bothers me so much. I cannot have my phone volume on at work so I use the notifications and without it I cannot see when my daughter is texting me from school. I am going to contact Fitbit to see if they can help.
Best AnswerMy Versa and Huawei P30 have been doing similar the past week or more.
There are lots of recent threads about sync and notification issues posted on this forum.
I go through a near daily routine to get them back in harmony. This is a problem that Fitbit appear to continually have. I know people with different Fitbit devices and different phones (all on the approved list) that have similar issues.
It's go so bad lately that my phone battery reports excessive drain from the Fitbit app as it constantly tries to find the device. For the moment I have "all day sync" switched off as the only thing it does is drain my phone battery.
Waiting for Fitbit to sort the app. (Android for me by the way)
ps.......Why is this post marked as answered?
