For the last week I am unable to sync google pixel phone with fitbit. Went through support chat twice and they finally told me it was their issue and they are working to solve it. Can you give me a timeline for you fixing the issue? This is frustrating!

They said I did everything and it's a problem on your end. Can you direct me to someone who knows when it will be resolved?
