Syncing issue with blaze and pixel2

I cannot seem to get my blaze to connect to my app anymore. It worked great for months and now for the last 2 months I haven't been able to get it to connect in the app.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Blaze. Thank you for letting us know your phone's model.

 

In order to resolve syncing issues, please follow the instructions on the article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Whether you continue having difficulties, you can set up your Fitbit Blaze as a replacement device by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1572572942293.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
