Syncing issues - Fitbit Android app

Hello @Hazylazysusan and welcome to the Help forum.  You added on to an older thread.  Fitbit updates Help articles as needed.  If you are having syncing problems, please try this one: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?   If this article doesn't help, I suggest you start a new thread, describing your issue in more detail.  I think you will get more help that way.
