I use Huawei p20 flex2 has stopped syncing, tried setting up on p10 lite SAME problem so must be down to Fitbit. Please sort issue or money refund is required as not fit for purpose. No battery issues, appears to be fully charged unless you can tell me otherwise I keep getting a message that Bluetooth needed to be restarted and done this continuously to no avail. Really frustrating 🤔🙄

You won't be able to fix the P10 Lite issue as fitbit say:

"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8, P9, and P20 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

The P20 is also not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so I doubt that fitbit will do anything for you. However, if it used to work ok then hopefully you can get it working again. Have you tried restarting your Flex 2 by:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Remove the pebble from the wristband and press it into the compartment on the charging cable. The pins on the charging cable must align with the corresponding pins on the back of the pebble to lock securely in place.

You’ll know the connection is secure when the pebble vibrates and you see the indicator lights blinking.

  3. Find the button on the charging cable below the tracker compartment.
  4. Press it three times within five seconds. The tracker vibrates each time you press the button. A few seconds after the third press, all the lights will flash simultaneously. This means the pebble has restarted. If you miss the light flash but notice the pebble has resumed charging, that too is confirmation that the restart was successful.
  5. Remove the pebble from the charging cable and insert it back into the wristband.

This is known to not always work so it's worth trying a few times. You might also try restarting the phone in case the problem lies with that rather than the fitbit.
