My brand new Ulta won't sync on my Android. This is the second time. The first time I just deleted and reinstalled the app and it worked. I have done all the trouble shooting this time and it still won't sync.

Hello @Katie8298, it's nice to see new faces around the Fitbit Community. In this case I saw your Community profile and you have an Alta paired to your account. So I'm wondering how it goes? are you still experiencing issue to sync with your Android device?
