Run data not synced and unable to log food input

For about two weeks now, I have been unable to input calorie intake as well as whenever I finish a jog my flex doesn't sync and actually show me the map I just ran. When ever I try to do calorie intake Fitbit crashes as asks me if I'd like to open the app again. So far I've been putting calorie intake through the web version of Fitbit (only when I remember) but on the web version, I still see the runs I've logged

Hello @RunningOne, good to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering how are you logging your run exercise? Are you using the MobileRun feature?

Since you have mentioned your are able to see the map you've just ran I recommend to review if you have the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android, the last version is 2.45.

To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Fitbit App.

If you have this version, please log out from the Fitbit app and restart your phone. Wait until the phone has initialized and go to the App manager on your phone settings. In downloaded apps, look for the Fitbit app and clear the cache and data. Once you have completed this process go back to the app and log back in to your account. Give it another try, since this will address both issues you are experiencing as for your run activity and your calories intake.

Keep in mind also your phone has to be compatible for the Fitbit app works properly. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

See you around and let me know how it goes.
