App not updating after sync. I am running 2.42 on a charge 2

It seems like there are many many of us are having sync issues. Can you tell us if it is Android issue or the app? thank you

Hello, @32loulouCat Tongue Thanks for being here. Well, at the moment you should not be having issues to sync with Android devices or any other one.

 

Can you please let me know what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

 

Restarting and rebooting your phone does the trick most of the times.
