Syncing issues with Flex 2

I have a Flex2 and an android phone. On 3rd Nov it suddenly stopped syncing and no longer shows up on my Bluetooth connections. What can I do? Bluetooth and Locations are both turned on. The problem is with the Fitbit.

Hi there @Adehol, let me give you a warm welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! My initial recommendation is to review if you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android. To the date of this post the version of Android is 2.61.

 

To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Fitbit App.
