Hey @KINGLEO! Welcome to the Community.

This is an issue that has already being investigated. The issue seems to be coming from something other than the Fitbit or the Fitbit app and we're waiting for Samsung to work on an update or patch to get this issue resolved. The situation is related to the S8 itself and not any of our products. Thanks for reporting on it.

Whenever we have any updates, if we do, we'll be sure to let everyone know.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner! Hey @KINGLEO.

@KINGLEO Did you get any update on your phone or did it start working on its own? If you did something to help with the notifications please let us know what it was.

@SunsetRunner Those are some good news. It probably is an issue only with the S8 and not other Samsung devices.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I didn't do anything unusual, except a software updates I did the day
before from my T-Mobile network.

Hey @KINGLEO.

Thanks for the update. Perhaps an update for the S8 has been released that fixes this issue. I will look into it.

If you have the time, perhaps you could look into our Discussion boards. Lots of different conversations to be had in there!

Hope to see you around!
