Hello @SunsetRunner, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are not able to sync with your Android device. Please give it a try to the suggestions @HelenaFitbit have shared here: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Hope this helps and see you until the next one!

Best AnswerSame issue here with my Note 8. I get a message that says "pairing rejected by Blaze" when I try to pair the devices together through Bluetooth. I tried all of the suggestions on the syncing issues page as well as well as turning location on and it's still giving me the same message.
Best AnswerSo I may have found a solution.
Go into the Blaze, and go to settings. Turn on Bluetooth Classic.
Go back to the Note 8, and let it scan. You should see Blaze and Blaze (Classic) come up.
Pair with Blaze (Classic). A passkey should come up on the Note 8 and the Blaze. Hit yes on the Blaze when it prompts.
I should note before all of this, I reset the tracker, restarted the phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app if that matters.
