Syncing issues with S8

Android system  Galaxy S8.  Sync icon dissapeared.  Forced stop, restarted bluetooth, uninstalled, reinstalled,  all multiple times, still nl sync icon.  Now over 1 week.  Fitbit charge 2 is 6 months old.  Ready to send it back.

Thanks for trying all of those steps to get your Fitbit to sync before posting in here. I have moved your post to the Android board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case I'd like to ask you to take some screenshots of what you mean by the icon disappearing and then post them here. That should definitely help in understanding the situation.

 

In the meantime, please try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. Some of them you have already tried but please try going over all of them in order.
