It's 2021 and Samsung s20 is still not compatible. This is absolutely ridiculous. I love fit bit and have used them for a couple of years. I finally update from an Iconic to a Sense. The problem is the Sense will not stay synced to my phone. Even though I didn't have an issue with the Iconic. Customer service just says sorry your phone is not compatible try another phone. Like I have more than one phone! I'm so upset. I think I'm going to have to return the Sense even though I love it. 😞
