Hello,
I've purchased my Fitbit to use it both as a smartwatch and fitness tracker. However out of the box I've noticed some issues.
1. I am not getting notifications on my Fitbit unless I unlock my phone.
2. I can't connect to Spotify unless I unlock my phone.
3. If i run the app in the background it seems to work fine for about 3 minutes.
I have tried
1. Restarting both the Fitbit and my phone
2. Unpairing the Fitbit and pairing it again
3. Reinstalling the app
4. Turn off every power saving measure on my phone
5. Adding the Fitbit to trusted smart lock devices.
6. Turning off smart lock completely
My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy A21S running Android 10. I have walked through every troubleshooting page provided in similar topics to absolutely no success. Anything I can still try?
