Syncing issues with Versa Lite

My versa lite time keeps falling back and it is not syncing with my Samsung 8+, Therefore I am losing track of my accomplishments. It is very annoying seeing I only had it for 5 months.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung Galaxy S8+ that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hello I am so frustrated with this versa Lite. I have turned it off and on so many times. Today I am going to factory reset to see how that work. I just bought this in October as a gift for my daughter for Christmas but in the mean time my Charge 2 that I had for 3 years with no problems what so ever, gave out in early December, so I end up keeping this and using it. So I have only been using it for 2 1/2 months. Of course, it waiting until the return time had expired, now I am stuck with this and cant afford another one, I splurged on this, is why I had to keep it for myself when my Charge 2 stopped. Money wasted if I cant get it working. Will let you know now factory reset works for me. Just wanted to touch base with you.
