Can't sync charge 2 since updating phone Sony Xperia compact

Hello @Stan58, nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if the update you are referring is with the Fitbit app new version for Android? Also I'm wondering which version of Sony Xperia compact you have?

 

For this I would recommend to review if your phone is listed on fitbit.com/devices

 

Regardless if you phone is listed as compatible keep in mind due to the large number of Android devices, Fitbit has not yet tested all models. If a device is not listed on fitbit.com/devices, this simply means we haven’t yet tested it to guarantee its functionality with the device in question.
