Syncing issues with new phone

I wanted to sync my Fitbit with my new phone (Samsun Galaxy S3) but am having a lot of trouble. I don't have access to my old phone so I can't unpair the fitbit from it. I have factory reset the fitbit (Time is now 00:00) but my device still can't find the fitbit via bluetooth. I have also restarted the fitit, deleted the app on my phone an dreinstalled it but to no avail.

 

Any other possible solutions???

A warm welcome to the Community @nkj. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
