Often my fitbit zip will have the wrong time....when I sync it with the Android app my fitbit shows the correct time but the app says that my steps for the days since the last sync says 0.
It's a bummer..

Hi there @KateGV, good to see you around. Have you reviewed if this is not a battery connection on your Zip? Sometimes loose battery connection might be the reason of missing steps or issues at the moment to sync. I recommend to check the following post for additional help.
