Aargh!! Not syncing again! Not synced since 1.33 am done the usual things nothing working. Thus is becoming a regular problem!

Had a Charge 3 won't sync was 2 days behind and not accurate time of day. After a week or so took it off completely and went back to my Charge 2 with the cracked screen. Did a reset and synced it to my phone again and ZERO issues so far. I did ALL the recommended things to try and fix my 3 to no avail. This was all after the 3.37 update.

We've already done all that. Is there any way to downgrade the app version to a working one?
