Syncing issues

I downloaded the new app when I got my new Fitbit and it still won't sync correctly it isn't counting my steps

It's great to see you around @Nikkistone. I recommend verifying if your phone is a compatible mobile device, if it is follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.
