My Charge HR 2 has not synced since 12:51 am day before yesterday...

My fitbit has also not synced since Tuesday. I have uninstalled the app, re-installed. I turned bluetooth on and off. Logged on and off and still no synching.

This is getting quite frustrating. I paid too much money for this not to work

Hello @Quiltladydlp and @LizetteDW, nice to have you here in our Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! The first thing to review is if you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android. Recently was released a new version for what I recommend to make sure to have this versions. For more details review the following post: Android app version 2.62 is now available - 11/15.
