Cannot sync my Inspire HR to anything. Will not update on the app or device itself

Hi @Leslie2018 what do you mean by anything?
Please choose one device and turn the Bluetooth off on the other devices.
Now try a sync through your chosen device. (preferably a phone or iPad)

@Leslie2018 Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you sync your Inspire HR. I would also suggest you try the steps in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Which smartphone do you have? Please make sure that the Fitbit App is up to date and try again.
