Syncing or connecting promblems

I got my device in the beginning of Feb 2020, barely 3 months old.

Currently the device does not sync at all, the app does not pick up the device either.I have uninstall an reinstalled the app, reboot the my phone several times, turned Bluetooth on an off, switched networks to test if this could be the problem, restarted the device with holding the side button for 10 seconds a few times, turned the device off completely and left it off over night and after all the above was tried still no luck.None of the troubleshooting ideas have solved the issues either.

I have email Fitbit for assistance but have not received feedback yet. Any suggestions how to fix this problem?

There is a serious problem with syncing going on for weeks even months with various trackers & OS. There is an issue of accuracy at the same time. It is a software issue. Fitbit is well aware of it but so far as failed to provide any guidance or solution.

All troubleshooting steps are of no help. 

I have had this problem since March. The only way I found to have a chance of syncing (it doesn't always work & often requires multiple attempts) is restart tracker, restart phone, clear cache in the app, put both tracker & phone on their charger, try to sync &  pray or cross fingers depending on your personal choice. Repeat (as much as 10 times!). Good luck!
