Syncing phone and Charge HR

Since marshmallow update I can no longer sync my phone and Charge HR Fitbit... I gave it time 45 Minutes to be exact...Ive forced shut down... uninstalled..reinstalled all to no avail... feel at bit let down as Fitbits are NOT cheap..... any ideas please ?? ☺

Welcome sweetie @MazPac! It's nice having you here! Cat WinkI'd appreciate you make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working correctly. Since you recently upgraded to OS 6.0 (Marshmallow) you must have location services turned on to sync your tracker. With this latest update, Google changed the permissions for Bluetooth syncing, requiring the use of location services. For more information about the latest Google permission requirements, see Google’s Android 6.0 Changes document here.

Thank you for your reply...yes I saw that the location had to be on also...this was done...all to no avail... so in the end I used the dongle and synced to my computer, this in turn seemed to nudge my phone...and all now works... why I don't know...but all is good....thank you again for your response..☺
