Can not sync my fitbit charge 2 to my samsung galaxy note 5

Hello @Jesus03, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are having some troubles to sync your tracker. Perhaps the following thread: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this) will provide you the help you need to get back on track.

 

Also as an additional noticed since yesterday started rolling out a new version of the Fitbit app, so make sure to install this version if is available in your Google play store.

It was a Samsung Note 5 update that caused the sync problems! the exact minute!
