Hi I have a Huawei Honor 10 and my charge 2 only sporadically syncs and can go a few days without syncing. How can I resolve this? Manual requests to sync often just say looking for device and then don't actually sync.
Any advice welcomed

Thanks for bringing this up.
What might be happening is that the Honor 10 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app is not fully optimized to work with those devices.
There is a possibility that the it will work as long as the minimum requirements are fulfilled, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, but we cannot guarantee that it will. Having said that, some users with phones that aren't on the list have mentioned that following the steps in this article has helped them with phones that aren't on the list. Maybe you could give it a shot.
Additionally, you could try to sync with a computer, if you have one handy.
