Syncing problems with Samsung S6

I've been trying to get my flex to sync with my phone for days now. Every time I hit the sync button, it just comes up with a pink "!" This occasionally happens to me, but It's never lasted this long. I haven't been able to sync since Sunday. I've also tried syncing through "Devices" and the same thing happens. Looking in my phones settings, my Fitbit is listed under my bluetooth. Normally I'm a pretty good guy with tech, but I just can't get it to work. Someone please help me!!

It's great to see you around @Waterbombs16. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing with your phone, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
