Syncing reduces steps

So I worked out this morning, approx 3500 steps. Went to work got in 12000, ram dome errands and got my 15000 step goal notification HOORAH! Go out for dinner, stop at sports bar to watch a hockey game. Sync during intermission and steps drops below 9000. Get home and resend steps drop to 4303....whatever "improvements" you have made in the last week have set you back.... I use an Alta HR for work, and Charge HR for working out and there have always been issues syncing both of them. You can't have 2 of the same type and batteries don't last if I use just 1.  Please fix current issues before adding new features.  Thanks

Hello @Kyakbikerdude, welcome aboard the Fitbit Community. Thank you for sharing all these details and bring to my attention the issue you are experiencing. I would like to know a few more details since I've seen a few user who are having a similar experience.

Would you mind in letting me know which version of the Fitbit app you have and what phone brand you have along with the Android OS version is running your phone? This will allow me to dig further in to this.

For the time we investigate this and gather more information, my recommendation would be to use only one tracker to avoid this issue and you can have all your data correctly.

Thank you for your patience and I'll be looking forward to your response.
