This is quite frustrating. I literally just got my Flex 2 on Saturday (7/28) and got everything downloaded that night.
By Tuesday morning nothing was tracking and the last sync had happened at 9AM on Monday.
I have tried for 5 hours to sync to my phone. Now I read that it is not compatible with anything newer than G3?
Is there some plan to resolve this to get the LG versions updated more?
My husband bought his Alta HR at the same time. I assume he will be having issues as well?
How much coding difference is there between the various Android products?

Please know that our team is aware of the multiple requests to expand the supported devices list.
As long as your phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4+ or Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it will sync. Having said that we cannot guarantee it given that the app has not been fully tested and optimized on those other devices. Some users have mentioned that going through these troubleshooting steps has worked on phones that are not on the list, so I'd say it's definitely worth a shot.
